Ceremony honoring Summer and Fall 2025 graduates and Spring 2026 graduate candidates to take place May 11 at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center

 

SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va., May 11, 2025 - BridgeValley Community and Technical College (BVCTC) will hold its 2026 Commencement ceremony on Monday, May 11, 2026, at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center in Charleston, West Virginia. The event, beginning at 6:00 p.m., will recognize graduates who have earned associate degrees and technical certificates across a wide range of programs.

 

This year's Commencement celebration honors students from the Summer and Fall 2025 graduating classes as well as Spring 2026 graduate candidates — representing the dedication, perseverance, and hard work of BridgeValley's student body. Graduates have completed programs spanning healthcare, advanced manufacturing, information technology, business, and more, preparing them to enter the workforce and contribute to West Virginia's economic growth.

 

Participating graduates are asked to arrive between 4:30 and 5:30 p.m. and follow signage to the designated preparation area. Guests may arrive as early as 5:00 p.m. Ushers will be available to assist.
