Student Life

Office of Student Life

The Office of Student Life is responsible for the personal development of students on campus.  At BridgeValley, we believe that the leadership experience and social engagement gained outside the classroom is just as important to a student's college experience as what they learn inside the classroom.  It is Student Life's responsibility to provide quality campus programming to enrich the lives of our students and we do that by hosting campus events and activities, promoting nearly 20 student organizations, and providing community service opportunities year-round.

BridgeValley offers a dynamic student life program through the Office of Student Life, working closely with the Student Government Association and Student Ambassadors. Designed to complement academics and create a strong campus community, these events include semesterly traditions like Welcome Week, Club Rush, and Finals Fuel Up, alongside fun activities like Family Fun Nights, Trivia Nights, and seasonal celebrations. The office also organizes trips for cultural exploration and encourages student participation through various communication channels. Get involved and make the most of your college experience!

Stay Informed and Get Involved: All events will be advertised through various channels:

  • "What's Happening" student newsletter sent to your email every Monday morning during the fall and spring semesters.
  • Flyers and bulletin boards around campus.
  • Digital signage on TVs.
  • The BridgeValley website calendar.

Beyond campus events, the Office of Student Life is home to the Student Ambassadors program.  As an Ambassador, students serve as official goodwill representatives of BridgeValley, available to assist their peers with questions, conduct campus tours, staff information tables, guide new students at orientation, and help with event planning.  For more information or to obtain an application, please visit the Student Ambassadors page.
